Is it easy to return items?
We know how it can be difficult buying footwear online, everyone's feet are slightly different and it's super important that your footwear fits you correctly, especially when you are out on the trail! We want you to have the best Ridgemont experience and make sure you have the correct fitting footwear, so we offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days from the date your order is delivered. Order a pair, try them on and if you're not happy just pack them up, come back to the online returns center and start a return or exchange. Once your return or exchange is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email.
*** NB: Footwear should be returned in exactly the same condition it was shipped to you. The items must be clean and unworn and must include all the original packaging and tags. We generally ship our shoes in a larger resealable delivery box, which is designed to be used to return the shoes back to us so please use that. Failure to return the boots and box in a saleable condition will incur chargebacks from the full refund ***
Can I make an exchange?
Sure can! Just check the box that says "Is this an exchange?" on the final page before you submit your request. Make sure you write in the notes section which items you'd like to exchange.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your items are received and inspected by our warehouse, you'll get your refund typically within 2-3 days. Please note that refunds do not include any shipping costs paid on your original order.
What items are returnable?

- Unused Products
- All tags attached
- All packaging intact
What items are non-refundable?
- Items marked as final sale.
- Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
